1. Delivery of BazaarTop Digital Services

BazaarTop operates exclusively as a digital platform offering advertising, ranking, and promotional directory services for Indian independent sellers.

• No Physical Shipping by BazaarTop: BazaarTop does not manufacture, stock, package, or dispatch any physical goods. All services provided directly by BazaarTop are strictly electronic/digital in nature.
• Delivery Method: Delivery of our advertising services takes place electronically through the publication and ranking of your product listing on our website (bazaartop.in).
• Fulfillment Timeline:
  • Boosts on Existing Active Listings: Delivered immediately (within seconds to 2 minutes) upon confirmation of payment by the Razorpay webhook.
  • New Product Listings: Reviewed and published within 24 hours of payment. Once approved, the listing goes live on the directory and the seller receives confirmation.

2. Physical Products Sold by Independent Sellers

BazaarTop connects shoppers with independent sellers who operate on Instagram, WhatsApp, and their own online stores:

• Direct Fulfillment by Sellers: When shoppers click “Visit seller” or “Order on WhatsApp” to purchase a physical product (such as sarees, jewellery, home decor, or food items), the transaction, packaging, shipping, and delivery are managed entirely by that independent seller.
• Shipping Rates & Couriers: Each independent seller determines their own courier partners (e.g. India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery), shipping charges, delivery timelines, and tracking details.
• Inquiries Regarding Physical Orders: If you are a buyer looking for tracking updates or delivery status for an item you ordered from a seller featured on BazaarTop, please contact that seller directly through their Instagram profile, WhatsApp chat, or store link.
